Face to Face in Brighton
Face-to-face therapy is available at the Rock Clinic (East), Brighton. This form of therapy can be most easily tailored to individual and specific expression of his/her epilepsy. The twelve sessions will be arranged on Monday, Wednesday and Friday over four weeks. Each session lasts about 45 minutes. A free consultation is available over the phone prior to the therapy course.

The Rock Clinic is situated close to the Brighton Marina. The bus number 1, 7, 47 and 23 provide a regular bus service to the door.
Face to Face therapy is also available online. This option overcomes geographical restrictions. The therapy will be conducted through a computer video call service. The equipment for the biofeedback training will be posted to the patient and will be returned after the twelve sessions of the therapy. These sessions are also provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The time of the therapy session will be arranged for mutual convenience (9am – 9pm).
We are currently developing self-contained online ACRT service. You will be able to access expert knowledge on seizure management through software on computer, tablet and mobile phone. A small sensor will be posted for biofeedback training.
The therapy consists of 12 consecutive training sessions in which you will receive step by step instructions to build techniques to manage your seizures.
